Update 05|2019 - Working editor

Stable version of the diary-survey-bot 2.0 and its editor. Current builds of the editor are tested for Windows and Linux.

Update 02|2019 - Clean up and compatibility

The diary-survey-bot 2.0 that was earlier located at https://github.com/philippfeldner/diary-survey-bot has gotten a new location and purpose within the Catrobat project! There were no drastic changes to the functionality, but some minor bugs were fixed, some refactoring was done, the compatibility with the python-telegram-bot API was reestablished, the documentation got some improvement and a small tool was written to generate survey templates.
