DIG-3264 - Online Birth Certificate Date Validation

  • This work adds date validation to the birth certificate online ordering workflow. If a user enters a child's DOB that is within 14 days of the day they are submitting the order they will see a pop up message informing them the record has not been received by the Registry at City Hall. They will also see a date they can return to order the certificate.
  • If the date entered is within 14 days of the order the NEXT button will be disabled not allowing the user to move forward in the ordering process.
