Performance boost to the state delegate method

This version makes changes to the class delegate:

• Another protocol stub is added, which informs the delegate when drawing starts and stops
• Changes to names within the delegate

This version also fixes support for Mac Catalyst, and adds arm64 architecture for M1 macs.
