This updates the version of `cray-sat` to include fixes for the following: * CRAYSAT-1330: Replace custom image rename code with CFS session parameter * CRAYSAT-1888: Boot K8s master and worker nodes simultaneously in `sat bootsys boot --stage ncn-power`
