Rajikaru-Banner No Square

The Changes in this release include:

  • Updated README
  • Improved Kick/Ban Commands
  • Made 'purge' Command check Permissions before executing
  • New 'role' Command
  • Ephemeral Restart Command
  • A few other minor changes

I feel I'm getting competent at discord.js and the bot is moving along very quickly.
It's probably gonna die down and move slower after a while but for right now I'm working at a fast pace to make this bot as good as possible.
