This spree extension adds a simple wait list feature: add a client to a list and when the product is back in stock, they get a notification.
Run
bundle exec rake spree_simple_wait_list:notify
to trigger the email.
- Add this extension to your Gemfile with this line:
gem 'spree_simple_wait_list', git: 'https://github.com/DynamoMTL/spree_simple_wait_list.git'
- Install the gem using Bundler:
bundle install
- Copy & run migrations
bundle exec rails g spree_simple_wait_list:install
- Restart your server
If your server was running, restart it so that it can find the assets properly.
First bundle your dependencies, then run rake
. rake
will default to building the dummy app if it does not exist, then it will run specs. The dummy app can be regenerated by using rake test_app
.
bundle
bundle exec rake
When testing your applications integration with this extension you may use it's factories. Simply add this require statement to your spec_helper:
require 'spree_simple_wait_list/factories'
