Release for the end of the year project

Here lies the final iteration of this project (for the moment).
You will find below one archive per language if anyone wants to continue from were we stopped.

Languages:

• Python - fully functional but not so performant
• C - OOP implemented but nearly to nothing done
• Golang - good implementation, near functional prototype

Documentation:

• Some PDF about our findings
• The final report (in french sorry)
