Changelog:

• NEW: Added toggles for per player difficulty and per player modifiers
• NEW: Add difficulty selector for selected maps, allowing to select a suggestion and change difficutly

Known problems:

• Players may appear laggy, this will be addressed in a later bugfix release
• It's possible that the start button might wrongly disable itself, workaround try selecting a different map or create a new lobby
