Mailing lists

Find here all you need to know about ExPaNDS' mailing lists. For privacy reasons, the members of each list are however not public, but you can find them in SharePoint's "ExPaNDS who's who.xlsx" file to be found in this folder.

You should be subscribed to the all-expands.eu mailing list as soon as you join the project but in case you are not, please send a request to info at expands.eu.

*Unsubscribing to ExPaNDS mailing lists is very easy and you can do it yourself, sending an empty email to the address provided in the 'How to unsubscribe' columns in this page.

Work Packages

Work packages mailing lists are public lists (everyone can send messages) and, with the exception of WP5, set to automatically accept new subscribers. You can subscribe sending an empty email to the address provided in the 'How to subscribe' column.

Boards

Boards mailing lists are private lists and sending a message is moderated for non-subscribers. Subscription is restricted to board members, so please mention any change of board members to the project manager. Current members are identified in SharePoint's "ExPaNDS who's who.xlsx" file to be found in this folder.

Legal and finances

Subscription to these lists is restricted to legal and financial contacts of ExPaNDS partners, as they are identified in the EU portal. The protection of personal data in ExPaNDS is explained in the POPD requirements.
