- health_values config will no longer try to apply before the player has changed roles, resulting in it being ignored.
- health_on_kill will no longer incorrectly try to heal the player that has died, rather than the attacker.
- player_health_info will no longer fail to update when a player changes roles, or update prior to a player take damage, rather than after.
