Updates go brrr

• Fixed LuckyCoin dropping twice when dropped outside of the PD.
• Fixed TranqGun causing CustomItems in the target's inventory to transform into their normal versions.
• Fixed Implosion Grenade pulling players through solid objects.
• Fixed TranqGun, Sniper Rifle and MediGun having effects on damage types other than their own.
• Fixed SCP-1499 being able to place the player back into the map in an unreachable location after LCZ has been decontaminated or the warhead has detonated.
