- Tranquilizer Guns now keep the victim semi-conscious, allowing them to look around but not move while on the ground.

Some fixes
- Fixed a bug that would cause the Grenade Launcher to break on servers with FF enabled.
- Fixed a few issues with the Rock so that it functions correctly again.

- GrenadeLaunchers can now launch modded grenades with their effects.
- Grenade Launchers can now be configured to not consume modded grenades at all.
- Grenade Launchers should no longer consume grenades when they are not currently able to reload.
- SCP-127 will no longer regenerate past it's maximum clip size.
- TranqGuns are now registered properly.
- EMP Grenades can be configured to always ignore certain named doors regardless of other settings.
- SCP-1499 will no longer continue to consider players as being in the 1499 dimension after they have died or left the server.
