Fixes https://github.com/Expensify/Expensify/issues/321887

Tested by:

  1. Run npm run web
  2. Build with npm run build
  3. Create the package with npm run package
  4. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions
  5. Make sure you have Developer Mode selected at the top
  6. Click on Load Unpacked Extension
  7. Select the dist folder in this repo
  8. Now the extension should be installed and enabled
  9. Go to https://github.com/Expensify/App#k2 and you should see the extension working
