Changelog

• ES915TX and ES900TX does not support JUST_BEEP_ONCE, DISABLE_STARTUP_BEEP and MY_STARTUP_MELODY, right?
• Add AUTO_WIFI_ON_BOOT and AUTO_WIFI_ON_INTERVAL to HappyModel_RX_ES900RX and NeutronRC_900_RX targets
• Update MY_STARTUP_MELODY user define description about RTTTL format support
