System requirements

Installation steps

  1. Download the latest version git clone xxxxxx
  2. Run the installation script (the following command will install everything in the folder my_install) cd XXX; ./scripts/install -s . -a ../my_install
  3. Add the environment configuration in ../my_install/eqtl_setup.sh to you .bashrc or ensure that it will be defined before running XXXXX
