Error: database connection for model output layer is not defined in DB file #4

Hi all! I just ran the centerlines model and I got a visual output, but I am unable to open the attribute table for the layers due to this error: database connection for vector map is not defined in DB file. Does anyone know what this means?

Never mind! I just had to attach the database name to the output
