The purpose of this page is to share thinking about the future of Touchpoints.
The Roadmap is the highest-level thinking about the product. Roadmap items are reflected in the Backlog as "Epics", which are represented by labels in Trello. Each Roadmap item has a label, and the labels are assigned to related stories. Detailed User Stories exist in the Backlog and are tagged with a label for the Epic/Roadmap item.
The product backlog for Touchpoints lives in Trello.
- 50,000ft - Program and Product Charter
- 30,000ft - Product Roadmap (notional work, not-committed to, represented here, and perhaps, in Trello; but not fully defined or prioritized)
- 10,000ft - Backlog (ongoing, prioritized work, represented in Trello)
- 1,000ft - Bi-weekly Product Sprints (2 weeks long)
- Ground level - day-to-day work within product sprints
Upcoming work may include:
- Addressing pen-test findings
- Enabling email via Amazon SES to send non-PII notification style emails
- Exploring Internationalization (Mandarin, for CBP) also including Spanish in scope.
- Enabling agencies to track CX Maturity within the product
- Improving CX Reporting (adherence to data standards, and one-click CX reporting to performance.gov)
Integrating data across multiple Survey response providersForm Standardization/Interoperability- Dashboarding (eg: a Trend analysis, or comparative reports between same Agency, across times)
- Sentiment Analysis
- Export PRA documents
- New Survey models, features, and widgets (thumbs up and down, Uber-style feedback)
