This PR takes care of the following issues from the Monthly Ticket (#17882 (comment))

  • better(?)dirt quest says the garden soil can turn into dirt. This is no longer the case see fix ic2 crops making any farmland trampleable Hodgepodge#425
  • item holder quest is somewhat misleading as the items are not upgradeable
  • The apiary chest quest asks for GT version of the crate, while the craft only uses forestry's version.
