Help Desk Module VIII
Pre-release
This is our eighth release of our Help Desk module for Gibbon. This is an early development, use at your own risk. This doesn't have any known bugs and we believe it is safe to use, but remember it is an early development. This is mainly bug fixes. If the bugs listed below are affecting your use of the module please update. If update and are still encountering a bug please post it on the issues tab in git hub with instructions on how to recreate. Hope you enjoy.
Bugs fixed in this version:
Fixed a bug where assigning someone to an issue would give their gibbonPersonID instead of their technicianID.
Fixed accept link not leading to the correct location in issues_discuss_view.php.
Fixed a bug where a person could assign themselves to their own issues in issues_assign.php.
