Help Desk v0.4.00

This update bring a lot of useful feature that users of the module have recommended. More minor updates will come soon including more bug fixes (if any bugs are found) and new features. If you find any bugs or have any suggestions you can either put them in the Github Issues area or post them on the Gibbon forum.
