This version of the Help Desk introduces the capability of adding departments, and department specific categories, to the module. This can be enabled/disabled from the module settings under "Simple Categories", and departments and their categories can then be configured as an admin from the sidebar. Some bugs involving permissions from the previous version have also been fixed

Backwards compatibility has been taken into consideration so there should be minimal difficulties upgrading from using the older simple categories.

Be aware that this version of the module does require Gibbon version 21 to work.

Note that although this version has been tested, there may still be bugs or discrepancies due to the nature of changes, please let us know of any bugs you may encounter and we will work to fix them as soon as possible.
