Make all the other hydra-flock repos to pull from this version of the vocabulary

Hydra Flock demo agents should pull from this version of the vocabulary, so we can make the changes in one place on Github and apply them consistently

I am using urllib to get the raw jsonld file from my hydra-flock-vocab fork and use it, not sure whether that's the right way to do it...

@vddesai1871 Think we can set the repo as a requirement and import the flock_doc variable in our code.

I opened #8. @xadahiya If changing the file format will be a problem for the Demo, you can ignore my PR and I can push a different file so we have the doc in both jsonld and .py formats.
