Issue: Application shows an error when we click Reset option on perspective icon.
Analysis: The issue is occurring because of an eclipse bug 544718(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=544718) which states that we cannot reset perspective if no part is present. (In this case as soon as we close the map then there is no part present and this problem occurs).
BugFix: Handle this exception and show warning message when user press "RESET" option.
