Tracker not tracking

- Make sure that in
HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game
the path ofHearthstone folder
is correct (you should see a green checkmark) - Make sure that in
HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game
theHearthstone language
is the same as your Hearthstone - Make sure that Hearthstone is installed on your startup drive (there is a known compatibility issue with external drive installations)
- In
HSTracker -> Preferences -> Game
-> Copy the path ofHearthstone folder
- Close Hearthstone and HSTracker
- Open Finder and press
⌘⇧G
- Type the path you copied from 1. and press
GO
- You'll find a
Logs
folder inside, go in this folder - Move all .log files from the
Logs
folder to your Desktop - Press
⌘⇧G
again and type~/Library/Preferences/Blizzard/Hearthstone/
thenGO
- Move
log.config
to your Desktop (or any other place) - Restart HSTracker
- Restart Hearthstone
You can check how to remove HSTracker and re-install, restart it
- Open Finder and press
⌘⇧G
- Go to
Hearthstone folder
(see Try to reset 1. to find this folder) - Copy all you .log files from the
Logs
folder to http://pastebin.com/ (or https://gist.github.com/) - In Finder, press
⌘⇧G
again and go to~/Library/Logs/HSTracker
- Copy the latest log file (they are named "year-month-day.log") to http://pastebin.com/ (or https://gist.github.com/)
- Find an open issue talking about tracking (ie: https://github.com/bmichotte/HSTracker/issues/419)
- Explain your problem and paste all the links from your paste
