Ser ut som du har byttet til en nyere postgresql, der de nye installasjonene er lokalisert i en annen url. Du bruker "| tee" for å overføre variabelen "deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ jammy-pgdg main" inn i filen /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list . Her er det vel ingen forskjell på ">>" og "| tee" så etter min mening ser dette greit ut.
