This instruction applies to both projects
The code and files needed for the diagnostic report of the VIMC core project have already been available under the gavi_vimc_cholera/diagnostics/ directory by accessing this link.
The instruction file (README.txt) is also included there.
The .Rmd file for the diagnostic report of the surveillance project can be found at the same location. To run it using the Shell script, please first move the .Rmd file to the root folder, and then submit the script from sbatch_scripts/surveillance_project/diagnostic_report/.
