Inconsistent Results During Testing of DeformableFeatureAggregation Operator

We are experiencing inconsistent results during the testing phase of the DeformableFeatureAggregation (DFA) operator. Each test run yields different results.

We have also noticed this phenomenon. There is indeed an issue with the evaluation results not being accurately reproducible, but we have not yet analyzed it.
