I bumped the version (I forgot to do that before). I also removed the macros
\setvolume,\setnumber, and\setEISSN. LaTeX has a global namespace for macro names, and we should avoid generic things like\setnumber. As it turns out, we don't use them any more anyway sincemain.iacrmetadatawill use\def\IACR@vol{1}instead.
