Change biblatex style to look as much like bibtex as possible

This addresses #253, and is an attempt to make the biblatex output look as much like the bibtex output as possible. This is best understood by looking at the test36_test() function in compile_tests.py. The main.tex file in that test can be used to create either bibtex output or biblatex output, and these are compared in test36.
