You should bump the version to 0.73 in both iacrcc.cls and iacrdoc.tex (and rebuild iacrdoc.pdf) since I just bumped the version on the other PR to 0.72. |

This old patch for lineno is not needed anymore since this is handled in the latest version of lineno. Proper line numbering when using '$$' is still not supported but this cleans up our code a bit.
