This commit adds KLE method to LM-polygraph.

To specify:

  • It only supports KLE and not KLE-c method
  • It only supports heat kernel
  • It has only temperature as a hyperparameter.
  • When calculating VNE, it normalizes and scales a kernel. Also jitter is always 0.
