The worst part is that I knew this, but somehow just looked at the latest release on github and moved on with my life... |
Right, it is confusing that it still shows that as the latest tagged release on the Github page. |

This updates the precommit to use the latest JuliaFormatter precommit, and excludes the templates from the toml and yaml checkers.
