WIP. Partially fixes https://github.com/KILTprotocol/ticket/issues/3057 and fixes https://github.com/KILTprotocol/ticket/issues/3113.

A bit of a catch-all PR.

  • Bumps KILT SDK to new 0.35.1 release
  • Fixes integration tests removing staff that is not relevant
  • Anchor DIP proofs to relaychain block numbers, instead of provider block number, in a way that I THINK is async backing -proof, but it will need to be tested once async backing is live and we support it.
