What this PR does / why we need it:
Adjust tools, scripts, and invocations for the generation to use the prefix
zz_generated.*instead ofzz_generated_*to make it uniform across the repo. Also, it removes redundant filespkg/utils/kubernetes/resources/validatingwebhookconfig/zz_generated_kic_ge3_1.goandpkg/utils/kubernetes/resources/validatingwebhookconfig/zz_generated_kic_ge3_2.gothat already have replacements.Which issue this PR fixes
