The KColorButton 'drop-down' arrow should be properly drawn, rather than use an image.

- Create Scaled Drop Glyph and use for colour button and comboDrops

- Remove the `PaletteRedirectDropDownButton`
- Remove `KryptonPaletteImagesDropDownButton`
- **Breaking Change**: Remove `DropDownButtonImages` from designers
- Correct usage spelling to `drop-down`
