Revert Custom Channel URLs to Fix Conda-forge 404 Error

This PR reverts the custom channel URL configuration while maintaining the beneficial optimizations from previous changes.

Changes

• Removed custom channel URLs that were causing 404 errors
• Maintained strict channel priority setting
• Kept classic solver configuration
• Simplified channel configuration to use default conda-forge and defaults channels

Testing

• Changes have been verified locally
• Pre-commit hooks passed successfully
• Awaiting CI checks

• This change addresses the HTTP 404 error seen when attempting to access the conda-forge channel
• Previous optimizations (strict priority, classic solver) are preserved
