1. Primary Goal:

   • To create a blog website as a knowledge-sharing platform for Leapfrog Student Partners (LSPs) to showcase their work, experiences, and insights.

2. Secondary Goal:

   • Foster a sense of community and collaboration among LSPs.
   • Provide an easily accessible archive of LSP blog posts organized by batches.

Our task, assigned by Leapfrog, is to plan and execute a remarkable product launch for our project. Here's a brief overview of what this entails:

• Project Scope: Our project manager, Brihat Lamichhaney, will work with everyone to define the scope of the project, including its objectives, target audience, and success criteria.

• Launch Strategy: We will strategize how to create buzz and anticipation for the product launch, considering factors like timing, marketing channels, and promotional activities.

• Design and Branding: Our designer lead, Astika Gurung, will create eye-catching visuals and branding elements to make the launch memorable.

• Web/App Development: Our development team, led by Purna Shrestha, will create an exceptional product or feature, ensuring it meets quality and functionality standards. Aditi Kharel, Anupama Rai, and Nishant Sapkota will assist in frontend and backend development.

• Testing: Our QA expert will rigorously test the product to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

• Content Creation: Nishant Sapkota will lead content creation with the assistance of everyone, including press releases, blog posts, and social media updates.

• User Feedback: We will gather user feedback and iterate on the product based on their suggestions and needs.

• Launch Event: Kushal Dhakal will lead the creation of presentation slides and organize a launch event to showcase the product to the world.

• Final Product Launch: We, the LSPs, will launch the product and celebrate our success!
