Added the script tag for call metrics. Updated all phone numbers to have a similar span encompassing them.
Replaced the original image with a background GIF file, added CSS text to the bottom to allow for phone number changes with the dynamic tracking script.
Implemented the same on-exit popup on Enterprise as MaxCDN has.
