Fix typo (Set-AzVMssRunCommand -> SetAzVMss*VM*RunCommand)

As mentioned in the title, the docs refer to a non-existent command Set-AzVMssRunCommand, where the way to run a command on a specific VMss instance is Set-AzVMssVMRunCommand (missing VM in the command name).
