A collection of utilites useful for an (optical) imaging research lab.

These functions mostly work with images, or image-like data, stored as numpy arrays.

• fig_maker : functions for creating multi-panel figures of images, able to create zoomed insets, scalebars etc.

• im_tools : functions for loading and saving images and stacks of images, log scaling, smart cropping etc.
