Fix compatibility with HA 2022.6+

• Remove empty dependencies from the manifest
• Fix for breaking change in new HA release (missing iot_class in the manifest)

First working version

This is the first working version (tested by @welcoMattic).
It allows controlling the fan via argon40.set_fan_speed service.
Currently, the integration must be set up manually (via configuration.yaml)
