fix details button

The "BC on/off" button (was "Details on/off" in FS22_BetterContracts) toggles the display of the BC elements on the contracts page.

• more rows for contracts details list (red frame for development only)
• fix #3 maxActive
• fix #4 attempt to perform arithmetic (div) on nil and number
