changes for adding modeci contributors

Hello mentor @pgleeson , this are the changes I have made so far, I don't know how well it would function since I was unable to test it out.

Hello everyone, So I added a new section to the ModECI website for Outreachy intern. Because I don't know what everyone wants as their bio, I just added Lorem ipsum in place of the bio not to leave it blank, also there is a need to add photos so here goes:

Please be aware that all images to be uploaded should be renamed, when naming your image please take a serial number of 2 being 2.jpg

@Monsurat-Onabajo you can add your bio here

All images to be added should be done in the directory of the link provided

Lastly please note that there is a gitignore file which will prevent the addition of any file within the _site directory, therefore, you can comment out the _site directory in the git ignore file to add your image.
Images can be added by simply adding the path of the file you intend to add.
Note do not do
git add *

Thanks for this @mqnifestkelvin. However, the images need to be in the https://github.com/ModECI/Website/tree/main/img/team folder (maybe make a subfolder outreachy), not under _site, that dir contains generated/copied files for the hosted site.
