Adding three arXiv papers: SADG, SA4D, DynSUP

Hi,
First of all, thanks for organizing this great repo. During the period when I was writing my Master's thesis, this repo has helped me a lot. I would like to contribute to this great repo as well to keep it up-to-date since I'm actively working on Gaussian Editing and Dynamic Gaussian Splatting.

I'm adding three arXiv papers:

1. Segment Any 4D Gaussians (SA4D) -> Editing
2. SADG: Segment Any Dynamic Gaussian Without Object Trackers -> Editing
3. DynSUP: Dynamic Gaussian Splatting from An Unposed Image Pair -> Dynamics and Deformation
