Adds two new 3D aerosol fields to NATLEV files for MPAS initialization.

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:

• Updated the main RRFS postconfig file, as well as the f00 and f01 versions to add two new 3-D fields requested to support MPAS runs initialized from RRFS.

TESTS CONDUCTED:

• tested as a local change within v0.9.1 real-time system, impacting from f06 onward in the 1127/18Z cycle. Adds two new fields as expected.
