+If BASE_URL does not match the URL the sites are exposed at, site navigation won't work correctly. On the other hand, SPARQL_ENDPOINT can be left exactly as it is here - these urls are wired up inside the docker container by --link, and must contain "live" and "staging" respectively for Virtuoso to provide the correct data.
