What's Changed

Breaking changes

To support the Spinel protocol and multiple baudrates for CPC, the manifest.json format has been changed. Please take a look at the current SkyConnect manifest for the updated schema. Expect future breaking changes before a 1.0.0 release so ensure you are pinning the web tools release to a specific version.
