Autoplot mscolab for sideview

Purpose of PR?:

added a ToDo for 1.3.0 for a GetMap request

returned to the origin plotting of the op/flightpath on sideview

This creates now plots like:

mssautoplot --cpath ~/.config/msui/mssautoplot.json --view side
