G2P-1294 - Error message should be proper when user try to delete the approved cycle

G2P-1301-Not able to select ended program in the drop-down list.
G2p-1041-OpenG2P: Now able to delete program if there is no beneficiary added and no cycle added.
G2p-1272-Error message after group is disabled and try to add to a program
