‘Battle of the Tanks’ is a multiplayer game developed using JACK Language. The game is inspired by the late 1970’s Arcade game – ‘Tank’. Each player controls a tank and have to battle it out on the screen by aiming and firing at each other.
- The tanks can be moved up, down, left and right and the bullets can be shot in those directions as well.
- Each player has a maximum of three lives and unlimited ammunition.
- A life is lost when one tank fires and shoots the other tank down.
- The player who knocks down the opponent’s tank - 3 times, before losing all of his/her own lives, is declared the winner.
- The game tests the player’s receptiveness and agility as, at any instant only one game action can take place.
- The game can be paused and resumed or permanently terminated from within the game environment.
- Start Screen with the title and options to 1. Start or 2.See Instructions.
- Battle field: Open space with two tanks free to move about.
- Bottom pane to display the number of lives and options to pause/quit the game.
- Closing page
